Prior to joining Elite Real Estate Group in 2016, Mario, a native of Brooklyn, New York, has worked in a number of Los Angeles and Orange County restaurants and has owned Gaetano’s Italian Restaurant of the famed Zi Teresa family of Naples, Italy. His years of experience in restaurant sales and leasing has trained him in the art of negotiations and presenting the right offer for a successful outcome. His first deal was an industrial lease of which he was on familiar ground from his experience as a brick-and-mortar business owner . This planted the seed that led to several more industrial “deals”, land acquisitions and Single Family Home and Townhome transactions representing both sellers and buyers.
Mario also holds a Military Relocation Professional designation and is a member of the Pacific West Realtors Association, the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.
